These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of online art courses sold or distributed by Addictive Sketchers (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing any of our courses, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Description
Addictive Sketcher Limited provides high-quality online art courses designed to help artists improve their sketching and drawing skills. Detailed information about each course is provided on the product page prior to purchase.

2. Payment and Currency
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments in US Dollars (USD) and British Pounds Sterling (GBP) through our secure payment processor.

3. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course materials via email or through our secure online platform. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

4. Refund Policy
As Sketch Week (5 live lessons) is a digital event delivered in real time on YouTube, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Once a lesson is delivered live, it cannot be taken back.

However, if you included Expressive Portraits or Paint With Confidence in this order, they come with a 7-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will revoke your access to the content.

5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, artwork, and content are the intellectual property of Addictive Sketchers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any course content without prior written permission.

You agree to use our courses for personal and educational purposes only. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or duplication of course content may result in suspension of access and/or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
Addictive Sketchers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our course materials. All courses are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued access to our courses after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
