Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to online art courses provided by Addictive Sketcher Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our courses, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or access our courses.

1. Course Description
Addictive Sketcher Limited provides online art courses designed to help individuals develop and improve their sketching and drawing skills. Full details of each course, including content and features, are provided on the relevant product page prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content from time to time without prior notice.

2. Payment and Currency
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. Prices may be displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or United States Dollars (USD) depending on the selected payment option.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course subscription at any time.
To cancel, you must email support@adebanjialade.co.uk requesting cancellation of your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that the cancellation request is sent before the next billing date to avoid further charges and that you complete the cancellation process.
Following cancellation, no further charges will be made to your account.

4. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course materials either via email confirmation or through our secure online platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that you provide a valid and accurate email address during purchase.
Access to course materials is granted for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

5. Subscription Billing
Some courses or memberships may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
By purchasing a subscription-based course or membership, you authorise Addictive Sketcher Limited to automatically charge the payment method provided at the agreed billing interval (for example monthly or annually).
Subscription fees will continue to be charged automatically until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy (Section 3).
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course or membership until payment has been successfully completed.

6. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day “no questions asked” refund policy from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund by emailing support@adebanjialade.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Our courses are digital content delivered online.
By purchasing and accessing the course materials immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
you request immediate access to the digital content, and
you understand that once the digital content has been accessed or streamed, you may lose certain statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
This does not affect your eligibility for our voluntary 14-day refund policy stated in Section 6, where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, artwork, images, lesson materials, written content, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Addictive Sketcher Limited and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, share, or resell any course content without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use of course materials may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

9. Acceptable Use
By using our courses, you agree to use them solely for personal educational purposes.
You must not:
Share login credentials with others
Distribute course content publicly or privately
Upload course materials to other websites or platforms
Use the materials for resale or commercial redistribution
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addictive Sketcher Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our courses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns regarding a payment or purchase, you agree to contact us at support@adebanjialade.co.uk before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
By purchasing our courses, you acknowledge that:
access to digital course content may be provided immediately after purchase
chargebacks submitted after accessing or using course materials may be disputed by us with supporting evidence of course access and acceptance of these Terms
Where a chargeback is initiated fraudulently or without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we reserve the right to:
suspend or permanently revoke access to the course
restrict future purchases
provide evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations.
Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our courses following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
